  • No smells, stains, or signs of wear.

  • Gift cards or digital products.
  • Damaged items due to misuse.

Refund Process

  1. Email info@lereveshop.co with order number and reason.
  2. We provide return authorization and address.
  3. Ship using a trackable service; keep the receipt.
  4. Once received and approved, refund issued to original payment (7–10 days).

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to our error or defect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If after 10 business days you don’t see your refund, check with your bank or card provider, then contact us.

Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately with a photo; we may offer replacement, refund, or store credit.

Exchanges
